If you teach acting, voice, dance, theater, math or meditation,
come to this workshop and learn the language of energetics as a teaching tool.

Heighten your awareness of self in relationship to your students.
Learn to see and hear the truth of the physical body of your students.
Learn the chakra centers as tools for building character.
Understand how to build active space between scene partners.
Explore the dynamics of conflict and conflict resolution.
Get a kick-ass work-out, emotionally and physically.

The Lucid Body is a physical acting technique based on the exploration of the seven-chakra centers. Through movement, voice and improvisation, these exercises will reveal the buttons that get in the way of mature teaching, and will expand your sensitivity to the emotional needs of your students.
Not for the timid, this work is geared towards individuals who are ready and willing to face their demons and play.
